I work just off of 90th South in Sandy, and have found myself passing a sign near the driving range several times that talks about new lots being available. I looked several times for "River Oaks Estates" online, but never did find the right website. Finally, I found it at riveroaksestate.com (singular).

Directions to River Oaks Estates
Exit I-15 at 90th South and go west. Cross 700 West (Riverside Drive) then turn left on 1075 West (Hidden Park Drive).
The 47 lots are situated next to the River Oaks Golf Course

The website shows that 15 of the lots are sold already and vary from $237,000 to just over $392,000.

Architectural Design Guidelines and Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions apply, and there is a Home Owners Association which has an estimated annual dues of $170.

When I saw the prices, I was quite surprised. The lots seem to be located by condos/apartments that are right off of 90th South and though they are nestled next to the golf course, just across the ravine, you can nearly get an entire townhome for the price of one of these lots.

If your looking for quick freeway access (90th South, Sandy), and a spot next to the golf course, this may be a good spot for you.
