New Utah Real Estate Blog
So I've been paying pretty close attention to the real estate market here in Utah over the past year, as I'd hope to buy a new house. Prices have been crazy, and way overpriced if you ask me. It seems as though prices went up to quickly for the local economy to support it.
But along the way, I've been keeping my eyes on the look-out for new developments, and opportunties to get in on phase 1. The other day while mentioning some of the things I found around town, I was convinced that I should blog about what I find. So here it goes. I plan on writing about new construction developments, including Salt Lake City downtown condos (which I'm currently looking at), as well as exisiting finds around Utah Valley and Salt Lake Valley. I'm also quite interested in how interest rates are going, how the market is changing, and how it effects our economy. All that an more will be here on my blog.

Brad, welcome to the Real Estate blogging world. Not sure if you saw it but Google picked up your article on Home Sales from 2002-2005. That's how I found your blog. Keep it up. This is a great way to stay in touch with your market.
